All makers produce dark chocolate with the fine aroma Arriba Nacional cacao, native to Ecuador.
Paccari’s and Villakuyaya’s products are certified organic and Kosher. Herencia is a small farmer-owned chocolate company. To’Ak is renowned for the exquisiteness of its chocolate and cacao origins.
