We are proud to offer this extraordinary high-altitude coffee produced by Papá Café, a family-entrepreneurship that is run in their chakra, in Ecuador’s southern Andes. The exquisiteness of its flavor profile stems from much care dedicated to growing special coffee bean selections, such as Typica, Caturra and Catuai, as well in harvesting, fermenting and roasting the coffee cherries.
