A World of Chocolate
Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, Odyssey Chocolate specializes in the making of small batch bean-to-bar craft chocolate, using cacao from different origins around the Globe. Its name is born from the idea that a bite of its chocolate transports you to another place and, a second bite, takes your journey on to somewhere new.
Odyssey treats each origin differently, with roasting profiles, and conch time changing from origin to origin.
Cacao Chaser features in its kiosks in Washington Dulles International Airport (Terminal A – by Gate A25; and Terminal B – by Gate B49) a varied selection of Odyssey’s 70% bars with origins from different countries, including Bolivia, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, and Vietnam; each one with its own profile and distinctive notes.
